Refund policy
All refund requests must be emailed to support@soicy.ca and include your order number, photos of the product, and be sent from the same email address that was submitted at checkout.
The product must be unworn and all tags and bags must be intact and included in the box to be eligible for a full refund.
If you are looking to exchange your product for a different size, this will depend on the availability of the size requested.
In order to receive your refund, you must ship the product back within 10days of receiving your order, and attach a valid tracking number to your email once your refund has been approved, and send it to support@soicy.ca
Certain Custom 1 of 1 items are not eligible for returns due to their custom nature, and these will be marked as Custom Made in the product description.
